We run from the restaurant in pouring rain across the streets of London, laughing and grumbling, not dressed for the weather. Water seeps through our clothes and streams down our faces. Soon afterwards inside the Imperial War Museum watching a film about atrocities and genocide I realise again, with a force that knocks me to the core just how lucky I am and I feel humbled beyond tears.
